Generation and judgment are different jobs

A customer-facing agent must move the conversation forward. A supervisor can stay focused on a smaller question: did the agent cross a policy boundary, invent a fact, loop, or miss a required escalation?

Separating those jobs creates a useful tension. The agent can remain natural while the supervisor remains strict.

Intervene with receipts

A warning without an explanation does not help an operator. Every intervention should name the rule, point to the triggering step, and record what changed. That trace is as important as the final answer.

Agor's monitor view is designed around this principle: show why something happened before asking a team to trust that it happened.
